Refund Policy

At DWK HOME CARE LTD., we strive to provide professional and reliable home care services to all our clients in Salmon Arm, British Columbia.
We understand that circumstances may change, and we aim to handle refund requests fairly and transparently.

1. Service Cancellation

Clients may cancel a scheduled service by providing at least 24 hours’ notice before the appointment.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service cost.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • The service was cancelled by DWK HOME CARE LTD. due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • The client made a double payment by mistake.

  • A valid concern or issue regarding service quality was reviewed and approved by management.

All approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Completed services or partially rendered sessions.

  • Membership fees, consultation fees, or promotional discounts.

4. Refund Processing Time

Refunds, once approved, will be issued within 7–10 business days.
